Yeah you can watch it in english. Though She dosen't come in till about the half way point of the show. Also the first half of Evangelion is very slow and the main protagonist is extremely annoying at that point. However if you can make it to episode 12 I gurantee you the show gets very good. If you have a torrent downloader I can send you a link for the torrent.

I know Japanese cartoons can often have a slow build to their story so I will check it out. I do not torrent though. Is it on Netflix?
